As part of our property management service, Ayers & Cruiks are able to collect tenancy related payments, such as rent, service charge and insurance contributions from tenants which we hold in our Clients’ bank accounts, managed in line with the rules set out by our regulator, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Our Client’s accounts also benefit from the RICS Client Money Protection Scheme to give our landlords and tenants peace of mind that their money is safe.

Amy joined Ayers & Cruiks in 2021 and forms part of our Accounts team. She has attained her AAT Level 2 and is currently studying Level 3, she also has 10 years administration and compliance experience as well as 4 years Finance experience.
In her free time Amy enjoys spending time with her 17-month-old little girl, Gracie.
Phil joined Ayers & Cruiks in May 2024 to lead the Finance Team. He joins us with over 25 years accounting experience in various industries ranging from Private Equity, Pensions and Property.
Phil usually spends his winters coaching youth football teams in Southend and in the summer donning his whites for Rayleigh CC.
